This morning students wrote: "Return all library books tomorrow." in their agendas.

Students participated to the morning assembly, followed by partnered reading with grade 5 students and Daily Physical Activity with Mme Harding-Kuriger's substitute.

When the students returned to class, we had time to decode our morning message, complete calendar time and decide when we would have our reading log ice cream treat.

After little recess and snack, students completed a round of Daily 5, then grade 1's practiced the flip the equation strategy, while grade 2 learned to use a number line to subtract.

Students enjoyed gym with Mme Dominique.

After lunch and big recess, grade 1's enjoyed gym outside, while grade 2's compared ants and humans.

When grade 1's returned, we completed a round of daily 5, and then we enjoyed our ice cream treat outside.
