Tuesday June 6th 2017

This morning students wrote: "Please sign and return pool permission form" in their agendas. If they have not brought their copy home, you can always find an additional form on my website under the Permission Forms tab. Please note that we cannot go to the pool if we do not have the required amount of parents, which is a 1 parent to 4 children ratio.

The class participated to the school panoramic photo first thing this morning, then we completed a round of Daily 5. Afterwards we rushed off to the library to enjoy listening to a story and participating to learning commons.

Back in the classroom, we decoded the morning message, and then completed calendar time before having a quick snack.

After little recess, grade 1 students worked on some addition and subtraction word problems, while grade 2's compared humans and ants in a Venn diagram.

Then the grade 1's had lunch, applied sunscreen and went to the washroom, while grade 2's prepared to go to either Mlle Shillakers or Mlle Wallin's classroom.

Grade 1's had a blast at Arbor Day (See Seesaw for some photos) 

Grade 2's enjoyed doing some English writing, and learning more about Saskatoon.
