Happy Thursday! What a beautiful snow fall I see outside :)

This morning's agenda message was: "Read a book with mom or dad."

Students then enjoyed some time in the gym to play basketball... We even tried to match our bounce to the rhythm of the music!

We did some clothing writing in our French books, describing what we were wearing today!

For math we were introduced to the concept of doubles, and students had an awesome time creating domino booklets! I hope to send these home sometime next week!

We were visited by Jacqueline, and she talked about being a detective of other's feelings... So noticing when someone does not want to be bothered, or touched etc. This is a vocabulary word you can use at home: "Be a detective about the way (insert name here) is feeling"

Students learnt a new reading strategy called flippy floppy dolphin: When reading or sounding out words you might notice that they don't sound right so Flip the sound! Try the other sound if it doesn't sound right.

We then enjoyed writing some tiny little seed ideas in our Tiny little notebook.

We finished off our day with our three magi posters.

That's it that's all!
