Monday October 19th

Our Agenda message this morning was: Practice new french flashcards.

These are the Halloween vocabulary flashcards that are on orange card stock!

We then practiced reading our little "Petite sorcière" book, which is now located in their book bags for them to bring to and from school!

Students helped me define how we can distinguish groups. We then created a peace circle, and students discussed how they were feeling, and we all shared how we could help them feel better.

We enjoyed music with Mme Dominique. 

We read a story about the number 5. We wrote in our math books about this number.

Students enjoyed some Star Wars Cosmic Yoga!

We introduced reading to someone, students got to discuss what a reader does, and what a listener does. Why don't you ask them! It's all about the mouth, the ears, the eyes and the brain!

Students learnt about Noah's story, and how Noah trusted God. God then made a promise to Noah to never flood the world again, and his promise is forever shown in the form of a rainbow!
