Tuesday October 20th
I apologize for the late post!
students started off their day with a reminder message in their agendas that we have library tomorrow. They then practiced writing a full sentence using their Halloween vocabulary!
The class then took the time to share what groups they belong to.
Afterwards students created a story about 6 "squelettes" and we read a story about the mysterious number 7! We are now experts on those two numbers.
We checked out what we know about Autumn, by drawing that it looks like outside, what the animals do, what the weather is like and what we wear.
The class practiced reading to self.
Students enjoyed gym with M. Loiselle
We finished off our day with reading to a partner, and retelling the story of Noah, and how God used the flood (water) to cleanse us of our sin (not following the commandments)
*a reminder: please encourage your child to complete their weather watchers sheet!*
until tomorrow!
