This morning your child wrote: "Crazy hat or hair day on Monday" in his/her agenda.

Grade 2's finished their costume French writing. Grade 1's also finished their haunted house writing, they then moved on to doing a reading comprehension French activity that contained halloween words.

We played a game called "J'ai, qui a" to practice our French vocabulary.

In math, grade 1's completed the number of the day:20 we also practiced saying which number was one more, one less, two more, two less using dice.

Grade 2's worked in their spelling books, they then played some addition and subtraction dice games for fun.

We learnt about how we were created in God's image, and how the way we treat our family should be the way God wants us to treat each other.

This afternoon we read to self. Following this we finished our bright startlight pumpkins which are in the boot room.

To end the day, the whole school enjoyed an extra recess as their Read-a-thon prize for raising more than the target amount (4000$)
