Happy Friday everyone!

This morning students wrote: "Check out chocolate fundraiser" in their agendas. We then followed that with a school assembly in the gym, where our next "Speak French!" prize was announced: If the students speak enough french, on Wednesday March 23rd (tentative date) they will be allowed to dress up like what you want to be when you grow up!

We then checked out to see how many students spoke French throughout the month, and we're proud to announce that there has been a HUGE improvement! Nicely done Grade 1 friends.

In preparation for an art project this afternoon, students painted a blue background

After small recess, students wrote a postcard to Barnabé, a small teddy bear that likes to travel.

And this afternoon students were tested on their sight words, and they also completed a super duper cute Cardinal art project! A busy, but very fun day!
