Friday December 16th 2016

This morning students wrote: "We have library on Monday!" in their agendas. Due to our Christmas concert rehearsal on Tuesday, we needed to change our library time! Hopefully you all remember, I will make sure to add it to my upcoming week at a glance.

This morning's message was an addition problem! It was lots of fun to have to figure out for some students. After this, the class read a Christmas story, and we then created our own little sing songy book-all with a santa that goes down a chimney.

After indoor recess and snack, we practiced telling addition stories to our friends and the class.

Following this, students painted their popsicle sticks for their Christmas gifts to you, we then continue to learn about Jesus in this third week of advent.

This afternoon, the class completed Daily 5, followed by making their very special Christmas gifts to you! They will bring them home next week.

We ended the day with writing our own Christmas story.
