Our message is 'Read a French book tonight'.

My oh my has it ever been a hot day..

This morning the class had the opportunity to look through my personal photo album. This initiated a discussion about my past, and how it was different. I then announced to the class the visit of my grandmother tomorrow. Of course, we planned questions we could ask her.

We then listened to one of our star of the week presentations. 

We had Music with Mme Dominique and had our last class with our guest dance teacher in gym.

Afterwards, we moved on to reviewing what we know about addition and subtraction. Remembering that addition means that you put two wholes together, and subtraction means you take away an amount from a larger whole. Students then told math stories to partners, and their partner needed to find out the sum or difference.

This afternoon students were cooked from the heat in the school, but they sure did some good work. Students reviewed their All-About books, and ensured they contained the required things: An All-About title, A How-to page, Chapters or Sections, Headings and a Table of Content. Students then began to work on their All-About books.

We ended our day with a discussion about Living like Jesus.
