Our agenda message today is 'Scholastic orders due tomorrow.' If there are any books that interest you, please send them in!

This morning students learned a variety of skills involving sending and receiving with a racket and ball during gym. We then returned to class and continued working on our collective story about losing a tooth in French. 

After small recess we completed a distance measuring tasks, we also measured two distances within the classroom which was a ton of fun!

Students spent time completing their beautiful butterfly's, check them out in our grade 1 hallway!!

This afternoon we finished exploring fiction and non-fiction books, we then organized our classroom library in fiction and non-fiction parts.

We ended our day discussing this month's at home/school task of T-L-C Tender Loving Care. Students brought home a "Celebrate Life" ribbon. Please read through the EMP Newsletter as it will give you more detailed information about the activity.
