This morning students wrote "Practice new French flashcards" I have added the Flashcards to my website under: Français - Les fruits et légumes

Students then worked on creating fruit and vegetable men and women, that they will be writing about tomorrow.

After small recess students enjoyed Music with Mme Dominique, and also enjoyed skip rope activities in the gym.

We then continued to practice skip counting by 2's 5's and 10's by using our bodies.

This afternoon we did our Daily 5.

Students did their Writers workshop and continued to work on writing their fiction stories. We even pulled out some finished stories and gave them two stars (two great things about their writing) and a wish (one thing we would like for them to work on).

To end our day, we spoke about the way we treat others is how we treat Jesus, and I introduced a lenten project. Please send in any non-perishable items for the food bank :)
