Day 2 of our short week!

This morning students wrote quite the long message in their agenda's: "Winter Fun Day and Scholastics due tomorrow" there are no forms for Winter Fun Day, Scholastic forms are due tomorrow!

The class completed a reading activity that they had started with a substitute. We discussed that a lot of times what we read will give us a hint for how to color!

After small recess we exchanged our library books.

Students did some listening activities, including a walk around the school to see what we could hear, a circle activity, where the student in the center would shut their eyes and listen to see where the sound came from. We also watched some videos explaining what the inner, middle and outer ear look like... We discussed and watched videos about how sound moves. We also looked at pictures to find out if a certain sound was safe or dangerous for our ears! What an ear-tastic adventure!

this afternoon we did some groundhog day writing activity as well as enjoyed gym with M. Loiselle!
