Our agenda message today was "Practice your English Sight words." this includes your English spelling, if that's what you're on. 

Students got to use the Chromebooks for the first time today, we practiced logging in, and finding the EMP website, I bookmarked it for ease of access in the future. A whole lot of fun! Hopefully Friday afternoon goes as smoothly as this morning does, so that we can make another Kidblog post!

After small recess, students did some writing about what they like to eat for breakfast!

Afterwards, we read two French books, one called "La ville" the other "La campagne." We used these books to help us compare urban and rural communities. Students listened and discussed about the difference within the two books. This will allow us to move into our "building things" project.

This afternoon we had a classroom meeting about tattle-tailing, and reasons why tattle-tailing isn't always a good things, we also enjoyed our Daily 5 routine.

Students exchanged their library books with Mme Lucie.

To end our day, we practiced our printing in our printing books. Specifically identifying the printing mistakes made by another person.
