Wednesday June 28th 2017

This morning students wrote: "Have a great summer!" in their agenda's.

While grade 2's enjoyed gym with Mme Jolicoeur (Mme Harding is away for the grade 6 camp), grade 1's worked on their "my last day of first grade" writing, which was compared with their "My first day of first grade" writing.

When the grade 2's returned, we decoded our morning message (which welcomed our grade 2 and 3 students!!), then completed calendar time.

We then used our rags and bags to clean our lockers, chairs, tables and shelves in the classroom.

After little recess and snack, students continued to work on their year end memory book.

Students enjoyed music with Mme Dominique.

We continued to work on our year end memory book in the library while parents prepared the picnic lunch.

Students enjoyed the picnic lunch in the classroom. Thank you to all parents who came and helped out!

After big recess, students were given some extra time to play outside and catch some fresh air.

When we returned to the classroom, the rest of the pencils were dispersed, students were given time to play board games, and we continued to read our story "Wayside School is Falling Down".

We ended our day with giving out gifts, and goodbyes.
