This morning's agenda message was "Please check e-mail" This is an e-mail reminder that we will be having a "Helping your child to read" session tomorrow night at 6:30!

Students completed the beginning of a three part Art Activity. They dressed a little paper person that we will later write about.

Students who brought pictures of their favorite place in St. Albert were able to present their favorite place, and why it is their favorite place! We also moved on to discuss Alberta, and what Alberta looks like.

The class enjoyed Music with Mme Dominique.

In Math we continued with some Subtraction stories, students even created their own subtraction stories.

This afternoon we exchanged library books, we learnt about a new reading strategy called Skippy Frog. This encourages students to skip the word they don't know, read the rest of the sentence, and hop back and read it again! We even practiced with a few sentences.

We finished off our day learning about Baptism.
