This morning students wrote the extra long message of: " Practice skip counting by 5's and 10's to 100." If you can get them to do it in french, that would be even better!

Students completed a French evaluation for Winter, from seeing their writing, I believe they will be ready to start their winter story tomorrow morning! Yippee!

After small recess we launched numbers up to 100. Students had fun trying to put numbers in orders, and trying to find the missing number. We spoke about how we can know what number goes before or after ours, we came up with knowing the order, as well as knowing and noticing the patterns.

Students enjoyed Music with Mme Dominique.

We started a science evaluation on winter as a season. Tomorrow we will need to finish it. 

After big recess we revisited some of our reading strategies on the C (comprehension) A (accuracy) F (fluency) E (expand vocabulary). Speaking about the strategies that we know, and use.

Students exchanged their library books.

To end our day, we started to brain storm a skit that would exemplify the steps to take for forgiveness. Step 1: SORRY! Step 2: FIX IT Step 3: ASK FOR FORGIVENESS and Step 4: CHANGE! I am so excited to see their skits tomorrow afternoon!
