This morning Grade 1 students wrote: "Sign and return permission form." in their agendas-Additional forms can be found under the permission forms tab on my website. Grade 2 students wrote: "Ask me about measuring mass" in their agenda's.

We left right after the first bell for the Resurrection Mass at Holy Family Parish, the Grade 2 intention readers did a fabulous job! Thanks to all parents who were able to attend.

When we returned to school, students enjoyed a short recess, followed by snack, then we learned about measuring mass using balance scales. We especially learned to compare masses with a select unit of measurement (1 glue stick weighs 8 blocs 1 glue stick weighs 86 Q-Tips)

Student exchanged their library books.

After lunch, big recess and Daily 5, the class practiced their play-students were reminded that tomorrow we will be presenting to our older brothers and sisters.

Using the Chromebooks and PebbleGo/Brittanica School, students were able to verify the non-fiction information they wrote in their plan on Thursday.
