This morning's agenda message was: "No school on Monday!" please sleep in and enjoy the weekend with your family!

Students participated to an assembly this morning-it was announced that on Friday February 26th we will have a formal day at school, so mark your calendars!

We did some more math activities, practicing our addition and subtraction facts. This will replace the evaluation that occurred on Tuesday.

Students finished their snowman writing, writing about what their snowman loves (of course! Because we are celebrating valentines day in Grade 1!) Students then made an artistic snowman to go with their writing!

This afternoon we did our Daily 5, followed by some wonderful Valentines day writing. Students exchanged valentines day cards, and we ended the day with the Charlie Brown Valentines day movie. THANK YOU to everyone who sent in snacks!
