Our agenda message today is 'Read a book to mom or dad'. Enjoy listening to your child read tonight!

This morning we began our day listening to the last of our silly animal presentations, following this, we also listened to our fantastic star of the week!

Students then had the chance to watch, and practice another part of our presentation to our parents! Remember to come and watch the presentation on Thursday June 23rd at 2:50! 

After small recess, students enjoyed music with Mme Dominique, followed by some more ball handling practice in the gym to work our soccer skills.

Once back in the classroom, we practiced our class play, reading through it once as a class. We then divided the parts, and began to practice our own part as well.

This afternoon, we used our time to finish part of our Father's day gift. We then continued writing using poet's language to speak about our feelings. Rather than saying, I was happy, say: In my heart there's a birthday party and two kids dancing! We continue to learn to change our ordinary language into poetic language. 

We ended our day learning about the rosary. That it is a way of prayer that reminds us of what Jesus taught us. We also prayer ten hail Mary's.
