Happy Happy Monday!

This morning, students wrote in their agenda's: "Read a French book." let your child impress you with their awesome reading skills today!

The teachers had a surpass "Shut down your computers NOW" announcement, so that being said, we changed our plans... and our Star of the Week got to present her poster, we brainstorm some WHAT? for our winter writing,what do we like to do in winter? this will prepare us ever so much more for our story.

After small recess students enjoyed Music with Mme Dominique.

We started our hockey unit in the gym! Wahoo!! Mlle has some things to learn :)

Afterwards we completed a Math evaluation that went pretty darn well!

This afternoon, after some Daily 5, and some recess discussions we completed an activity about different ways you can say "went", he walked, jumped, scurried etc. JUICY WORDS! this will help us with our writing tomorrow.

To end our day, we revisited the story of the prodigal son, and spoke about how we must ask for forgiveness and forgive others in our lives to help us be closer to God.
