Wednesday October 14th
We started off our morning with a message, circling words we know, and reinforcing the term "pâle" that we learnt yesterday.
We wrote in our french writing books about things we find in our classroom, and celebrated the end of our classroom theme! We introduced the french sound ou, like a ghost!
After small recess we created another story about the number 2 with the help of two cats! We then wrote in our numbers book: Je vois deux chats.
We enjoyed music with Mme Dominique.
We continued in our letters book, practicing the letter h! When you write the h, it's like you jump off of a high diving board, and touch the bottom of a pool, go up to take a breath, and dive back down again!
After lunch and big recess, we practiced reading to self! We then circled the sounds and words we know in French!
We got new library books with Mme Lina! We read so quietly that we earned a lollipop!
We wrote in our writers books! We will have time to finish our writting tomorrow, and this will give us the chance to learn about adding details!
We finished off our day with some dancing, and we got a new champion! No more McPufferson! Welcome Om Petalhead!
